Finally got off my slacking rear to post up Blazblue Comic Fiesta 2009, and all in all, it was a really enjoyable event with the folks from The Figure Mall (TFM)/Little Akiba (LA) as usual, and if you’re wondering about the post picture, yes, i spent literally half day, on both days, playing Blazblue with fellow TFM member Franstormer and Sichiri at Game Axis booth (thanks fatcat Lim XD) LOL! Don’t think i am going to do much writeup/coverage considering the above with the remainder of my time spent manning at TFM figure display booth, you know, my precious figures were on display too and the so called “barricade” this year was even worse as it is capable of sending shock waves through our line of figures and having many close calls D:

Regardless, I still took a decent amount of pictures and it will still be worth the read up and i will be breaking them down in to “sections” so you may just focus on particular sections that interests you.

First off, myself, and this blog, is still alive. If you are wondering, yes, gaming. Only difference is L4D2 instead of RE5 and the usual WoW. I was supposed to post something else before this, but that got delayed, so never mind that for now! Anyways, its a weekend, however unlike any other weekend, this weekend we have 2009 WoW MLG pro circuit Anaheim 3v3 arena tournament going on. Its basically a big time WoW PVP arena tournament, and its at its last day with the finals coming right up in just a few hours later from this post. Think of this as your normal football sport, except this is World of Warcraft, and its played on a computer aka E-Sport.

I am basically going to attempt live blogging this to get myself prepared for perhaps an AFA09 live blog. It sorta worked out for GACC 2009 first day, so why not? heh.

18th October, the anniversary for Death Meets Moe website. I am guessing that many have been waiting for this post? I’ve noticed a huge traffic surge and F5′s on the statistics page XD Anyways sorry for the late post as usual, but hey, at least I’ve made it heh. The website has been through a lot during the whole 1 year, and accumulating almost 30k unique visits in total, with an average of 100-200 uniques per day. This would not have happened without you guys that visit to this site. Much thanks to you all

Honestly, i don’t even know what to write up for this post, my writing skills have obviously gone down the drain with the recent inactivity on my postings(not implying I’m a great writer to begin with anyways XD). Its been a long while since my last update, and all i have to say is, World of Warcraft and Resident Evil 5 together does very very evil things to your time. I mean, grand winrar of 1 post for the entire September month, it’s almost as if I’m giving up on the site altogether and I don’t blame any of you readers (those that are still following anyways ^^;) for thinking the same. Fear not, the server’s running on annual subscription and my salary is more than enough to keep it running XD. Anyways, obligatory update: Apparently I’m still up for being CF 2009 affiliated blogger, and as such there will be continued updates from Comic Fiesta. So here i bring you 2 of such updates.

Wow, managed to drag this post for like… an entire friggin month based on the EXIF data lol. So that Saturday i was supposed to go for a haircut, while my mom went shopping at a local mall. With my lol luck, the barber is closed and i ended up joining my mom for shopping instead and we’re only shopping groceries. Out of a sudden thought, i just felt like having spaghetti, and its been a while since I’ve had some nice creamy Alfredo/Carbonara spaghetti.

Eventually that thought evolved into cooking some nice Alfredo Spaghetti for myself out of the random, and usually its a rarity for otakus being tied with cooking, as instant (and cheap!) food stuff would be the general preference (such as instant cup noodles). And on the day itself – Sunday, the whole idea of taking photos and even making a blog post about it never even occurred to me until the idea of taking some pictures of the spaghetti for my sister that isn’t coming home this week (lives at her university dorm) just to tease her.

From there, I’ve gotten myself some nice pictures, and of course, i decided to write up about the whole recipe and process on preparing this dish. Don’t worry, its really simple, just time consuming and takes up a bit of cash XD So if you’re interested in preparing yourself some nice spaghetti, read on after the fold.
