Star Trek blogger gathering

Theres an upcoming Star trek blogger gathering this upcoming May 1st Labor day. With free early screening of Star Trek: First encounter. And since Wisefreeman invited me along, i couldnt say no now could i? 
To be honest, im no hardcore Star Trek fan, only minorly love it when i was a kid watching the TV series but as i grow up, it was sort of forgotten in due time. This coming movie, with all new CG and what not, being a whole new movie, it will definitely spark back some of those lost Star Trek interest 
Hard to really blog about something that i really dont have much idea on, much less watched the movie, so ill just provide these 2 links and you guys may help yourselves

Before This Is It came out I thought that Star Trek was the best film of 2009. Great poster too.
